Cesar Montano waits for son to calm down

The actor says he is not hurt by what Diego Loyzaga wrote and said about him·The Hive Asia

6 Apr - Despite the rift caused by what Diego Loyzaga claimed to be his father Cesar Montano's distrust of him, the latter shared that he has no issue with his son and will wait for Loyzaga to cool off and be okay.

A few weeks ago, Loyzaga surprised many when he ranted on Instagram about Montano, saying, "You really are a best actor. What else do you want? Drug test? DNA test? Am I really your son? How many brothers and sisters are we anyway? You might not be even sure. You even asked me to leave the house you left for me. Meanwhile, I never even asked you for any support since I was a kid."

According to Loyzaga, Montano has refused to accept that he is free from drugs, even after he was already proven clean after several tests done under ABS-CBN.

As reported on Rappler, when asked about his relationship with Loyzaga nowadays, Montano said, "I have been at peace for a long time now. I am just waiting for him to be okay again."

He stressed that everything that he does is for the sake of his son's safety and his life.

When asked if he was hurt by Loyzaga's post and subsequent statements, Montano denied it, saying that he was only a concerned father.
